Eating too much candy has the potential to “rot” your teeth .Americans still enjoy candy in moderation as part of a happy and balanced lifestyle. But it is a fact that chocolates and candies are delicious and hard-to-resist treats, still, they come in high sugar content and not good for oral health and overall health. They are known as one of the major contributors of tooth decay.

Eating too much candies and chocolates increases the chances of the occurrence of cavities in teeth. It is good to have candies but they must be taken in small amounts and it is advised to rinse immediately with water after consuming them.
