Thanks Doc!. Doing a full upper and lower arch case like this one will require a spot-on bite registration. We opened the bite by about 2 mm in the anterior zone to increase the vertical dimension. The patient wanted more lip support, so we actually brought the upper arch forward quite a bit, at the same time, making sure they are not too flared. The upper crowns are all zirconia including a 4 unit posterior zirconia bridge on her upper right. The 4 incisors on the lowers are Porcelain Veneers and the two lower posterior bridges from the canines are PFM bridges. 3 different materials used but they kind of blended quite well.
Thanks for looking.

Hi EJ,

Nice case. Please tell us more about it. What were some of the challenges? Thanks.
