Despite repeated statements from the health system that sodas cause irreparable damage to the body, society continues to carelessly use such water. The average citizen of our country consumes about 34 liters of soda per year. This indicates that these drinks do not go out of fashion.

Most of us know that soda saturates your body with sugar and artificial additives. Nevertheless, we continue to consume beverages, not realizing the consequences of each drink for our body.

Side effects to the reproductive system

Bottles of modern drinks are made of cheap plastic. When filled, the water interacts with the plastic, just descended from the conveyor, filling toxins, then entering the blood. These toxins enter the blood vessels, penetrating further into the major organs, brain and body tissue.

The harm of carbonated water
