Making Your Visit a Pleasant Visit

The clinic’s interiors and the facilities have been modernized to give comfort and convenience. The waiting area now has more comfortable furniture and renovated wash rooms. We thought long and hard about what it takes to make patients feel welcomed and appreciated. As a result, we’ve added an in-house coffee and tea facility for long appointments. If you’re a coffee connoisseur, you’re more than welcome to test the beverages and let us know what you think. Whilst waiting, choose amongst a fine selection of newspapers, magazines and books.

Practice Management Software, Managing Our Patients Online

We’ve researched dozens of possibilities to select the most efficient practice management software. In addition, we’ve acquired an on-site server that enhances record keeping and gives us constant access to the most important patient data.

Thinking about Nature

Going paperless is one of the most important projects we’ve introduced to make our practice greener. Most of the patient records, scans, treatment plans and radio graphs have been digitalised to decrease the amount of paper that the practice needs on a daily basis.

Computer-Assisted Procedures

Another wonderful innovation that we’ve added to our inventory is the computer assisted designing and computer assisted milling (CAD-CAM) technology. This technology is an advanced area of dentistry which designs and manufactures different types of dental restorations such as porcelain crowns and veneers accurately and produce them on-site. Therefore, we are able to offer same day restoration saving you several visits.

QIP Registered Practice

Whilst the technology enhances our practice, it is our commitment to each and every client of ours to continually push the boundaries of excellence and have now become a quality in practice (QIP) registered dental clinic. We’re now working towards obtaining our accreditation.

The QIP accreditation is based on standards and guidelines set by the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS). These guidelines ensure the safety and efficiency of everyday dental clinic practices, thus giving patients access to quality and 100 percent safe procedures.

One of the most important aspects of running a successful practice is the excellent team who work with us. They are a compassionate team who are ethical and maintain high levels of professionalism. They understand that each patient has a unique dental care requirement and therefore ensure that each case is treated individually, with the same level of excellence.
